“After close to two years of debilitating back and nerve pain, numerous doctors visits, physical therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractor appointments I met Alex. Working with her to strengthen and relax my muscles through exercises and dry needling, I finally started to feel better! And now, over a year later I’m back to doing all of my favorite activities! Alex is not only super smart and truly amazing at what she does but she genuinely cares about seeing her patients get better and it shows! For anyone who is fed up with being in pain, I couldn’t recommend Alex more - she’s your girl!”

“Alex is one of the best physio’s I have worked with over the many years of my professional career. To be successful as a professional athlete, you need to have a great team around you and Alex quickly became a part of that team. She has a vast amount of knowledge in all aspects of the body and has never failed to get me back to competing shape after several injuries. She is incredible to work with, will motivate you every step of the way, and will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and get you healthy again. I’m grateful for her continued help keeping me 100% and I look forward to continuing to work with her for many years to come.”

"Alex combines a tailored, sport-specific approach to physical therapy with a passion for researching and integrating innovative techniques into her practice to improve outcomes.

I've improved range of motion and strength while continuing to stay active- I highly recommend her."

“Alex is bar none the best physical therapist I have had the pleasure of working with. After a comprehensive evaluation of my shoulder and in conjunction with my orthopedic surgeon she developed a plan to get my shoulder in it’s best condition for surgery. My surgery was July 2, 2020 and my physical therapy began the very next day which was the Friday before July 4th holiday weekend. Alex worked with me everyday over the long weekend. She knew that the long term successfulness of my surgery depended on the physical therapy I received immediately following my surgery. She cares about my shoulder recovery and getting me back to the things I love most in life like shooting hoops or playing tennis with my son.

At my 2 week post surgery follow up appointment my orthopedic surgeon was beyond impressed with my range of motion. She commented that Alex is doing incredible work with me. That was such validation (not that I needed it) that I am in the best care.

Alex is highly educated, professional, patient, trustworthy and an all around nice person.

Alex also recently treated my 10 year old son’s heel pain. He has what’s know as Sever’s Disease and via strengthening exercises and physical therapy his pain has lessened significantly.”
